At the end of 2007, the company’s Co-founders, top producing agent David Allison and Real Estate Broker, internet Marketing Guru Dwayne Roberts believed there was a need to provide consumers with an alternative way of buying and selling real estate. As technology has continued to play an impressive role in all aspects of the real estate industry, the need for change has become obvious. Now Multiple Listing Services allow brokers to list all MLS listings on their websites, buyers and sellers now have access to more information than ever before. This has been a monumental change that has allowed the consumer to view listings that were once only available to members of the MLS. Sellers can now gain the needed exposure with access to the MLS by paying a flat listing fee rather than the traditional listing commission, saving the sellers thousands of dollars.

  When David & Dwayne were developing their ideals, one of their biggest concerns behind the concept was overcoming the failures of poor service that many traditional agents claim consumers would get and in truth is some have gotten from past discount brokers.  Most people don’t realize how much money they could save with a Flat Listing Fee program or the control that is provided, “they fear the unknown, what if and the negative narrative that the traditional agent spins it.  David and Dwayne knew that to be successful they would have to  overcome years of tradition all the while embracing technological advances without losing the personal touch and professional service that had been part of their tradition.  

 This concept is not new but improved, by offering FSBO, Flat Fee and Full Service for a reasonable price. The goal for this company is to break the strangle hold that traditional operators have on the consumer without lowing the high standards that we have offer the clients for years “said David Allison”.

The ADDvantage® Real Estate Network evolved from our own personal experiences in the real estate market and our expertise in software development.

We wanted to eliminate that doubt, by providing discount MLS listing options that are standardized with listing management software that would make it possible for brokers and agents to efficiently maintain the listings and listing changes. Our MLS listing and management software saves the broker time and money. These savings are passed onto the customer as reduced real estate commissions.
